The online store ITSBIO.EE (hereinafter “Web Store”) is owned by Biokaup OÜ (registration number 16519951).
Validity of Sales Contract, Product & Price Information
These sales terms apply when purchasing goods from the Web Store. The prices of products sold in the Web Store are shown alongside the products.
A fee for delivery is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is shown to the buyer during order placement. Information about the product is presented directly alongside the product in the Web Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected. Then the total charge is displayed, which can be paid via bank link or bank transfer.
The owner of the Web Store is the data controller for personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for payment processing to an authorized processor.
Payment takes place outside the Web Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the respective bank’s secure environment. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank details. The contract becomes effective once the amount to be paid is received in the Web Store’s account.
If you choose bank transfer, you may use any bank. If you wish to accelerate dispatch, after making the transfer please send the payment order as a PDF to our email info@itsbio.ee.
It is also possible to pay by transfer according to the order sent to the customer’s email. The goods will be shipped after the purchase sum is received into the Biokaup OÜ account (or upon receiving payment order by email at info@itsbio.ee). Therefore, the shipping time may be delayed by the time for the transfer to clear.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock shortage or another reason, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after notification.
Delivery
The buyer bears the shipping costs and the fee is shown during selection of shipping method. Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the buyer’s designated address in 3–7 working days from the contract coming into effect. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Products are delivered via Itella Smartpost and Omniva parcel lockers. Products are generally dispatched only on working days. Once the package reaches the destination locker, the recipient is sent an SMS with the necessary information for collection. To collect the parcel, you simply enter the door code from the SMS at the locker’s touchscreen – the compartment opens and your parcel is ready.
Collecting in person at address Hommiku 2, Pärnu, 80010 (Port Artur 1) is free of charge.
Returns and Complaints
Products purchased from Itsbio.ee can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Returned products must not be opened or used. The product must be in resaleable condition. The seal must be intact. Refunds for returned goods will be made to the same bank account used for payment within one week from receipt of the returned product.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the reason for return is due to a fault of the seller.

Data Protection
Personal data is processed by Biokaup OÜ (reg. no. 16519951). Personal data protection is ensured with all security measures required by law. All personal data obtained during visits to and purchases on Itsbio.ee are treated confidentially. We do not disclose it to third parties. At your request, the customer has the right to request deletion of their data from the Itsbio.ee Web Store database.
